• Review menus and ensure proper meal presentation
• Conduct daily temperature audits for food storage
• Create menu substitutions when necessary
• Adhere to safety regulations and dietary policies
Requirements:
• Possess a Food Handler's Certificate
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of special diets and regulations
• Physically capable of lifting hot items
• Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
