Occupational TherapistFull‑Time, 35 hours per weekRegular regional travel required: 5 days per month in Takla Landing, 5 days per month in Yekooche. Remaining workdays based out of Prince George and surrounding CSFS communities.Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is a leader in Indigenous health and family services, providing services to 11 member Nations.ResponsibilitiesPractice in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC, within a client‑centered care model.Educate and counsel family members and caregivers regarding the impact of disability, injury or disease on the individual and their role in the treatment and recovery process.Evaluate factors that affect activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), leisure and social participation, considering client factors including body function & body structure, habits and behavior patterns, cultural and spiritual context, and communication skills.Empower and support patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.What You Will Bring To The RoleMaster’s Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Medicine.Registration in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered.At CSFS,
