Job DetailsRequisition ID:13161Number of Vacancies:1Department:Revenue Operations (20000105) - Revenue Collection (30000339)Salary:$100,110.40 - $125,153.60Pay Scale Group:08SA (CAN/S/K/08SA)Employment Type:Temporary - up to 12 monthsReports to:Manager, Administration, Controls and OperationsWeekly Hours:40Shift:NightPosted On:June 3, 2026Last Day to Apply:June 13, 2026Reporting to the Manager, Administration, Controls and Operations, the Supervisor, Revenue Collection is responsible for directing and overseeing the collection, transportation, and safekeeping of uncounted receipts (cash, tokens and tickets) from Divisional and Rapid Transit locations to the Revenue Operations Department facility.What You Will DoEstablishing goals for the Revenue Collection section, providing employees routine instructions and resolving day‑to‑day problems.Planning, supervising and coordinating the work of unionized employees including investigating work problems, motivating employees, ensuring proper training of subordinates, providing guidance in the resolution of work problems, evaluating employee performance and administering discipline.Conducting surveillance of employees in their work and ensuring joint custody and multiple access control over uncounted and unsecured receipts.Overseeing the control of all revenue access and security keys (e.G. keys for farebox vaults, armoured vehicles, alarms, facilities, etc.).Reviewing and monitoring the effectiveness of operational, security and control procedures/practices on an ongoing basis and implementing changes where appropriate to correct problem areas and increase efficiency.Liaising with the Manager, Administration, Controls and Operations concerning operational/administrative problems and matters involving potential threats to the secure transport of Commission funds and developing new and/or revised procedures to resolve such problems.Supervising and overseeing the collection and transportation by armoured trucks of cash, tokens and tickets from Divisions and Rapid Transit locations to the Revenue Operations Department facility.Ensuring all special requests are carried out for the preparation of special revenue collections on a quarterly basis for the establishment of statistical data.The incumbent demonstrates behaviours that support diversity, inclusion,



and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment and helps to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC’s commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC’s policies.Participates in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.SkillsUse office technology, software and applications.Secure and manage fiscal resources.Understand and apply relevant laws and regulations.Plan and organize activities / projects to meet section and organizational goals.Demonstrate specialized expertise and knowledge in the assigned field.What Qualifications Do You Bring?Your educational background including completion of a post‑secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent is integral and will contribute to the success in this role.Extensive directly related supervisory work experience in an unionized environment.You must possess a valid, non‑probationary, Province of Ontario class “G” driver’s license in positive standing and be able to upgrade to a “DZ” License.Knowledge of applicable government legislation and standards, working knowledge of relevant security and control application, related security equipment, CCTV equipment access controls and armed‑robbery prevention techniques.Must successfully pass a full Canadian Criminal Records (CPIC) Search, a Financial History Credit Check and a security background check (to the satisfaction of the Management).Must be bondable and remain that way through the term of employment in this position. Will be subject to periodic security and financial history clearance checks (internal & external) as an on‑going condition of employment within the Revenue Operations Department.Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety act and its regulations.Possess sound judgement,
