Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements Lead a variety of HR engagements covering topics that include but not limited to HR Strategy, Payroll Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness and Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dayforce, other Payroll technologies), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management, and AI in HR Utilize deep knowledge of future of work trends, talent intelligence, skills-based architecture, skills marketplace and labour data analysis to lead engagements on moving to a Skills-Based Organization Draw on hands-on experience with the shift to skills-based organization Utilize deep knowledge of Payroll technology, processes and operating models to drive payroll efficiency and effectiveness Drive the creation of creative products, accelerators, and methodologies that define the future of HR and Payroll in the Agentic AI era Manage engagement economics, oversee and deliver high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence Lead a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with
