In this pivotal role, you will define, implement, and maintain quality standards for Strathmore's landscape and horticulture services. Your primary responsibility will involve developing the Strathmore Landscape & Horticulture Quality Playbook, alongside conducting regular audits and training to support our team. As a leader, you will coach field teams on quality expectations and track quality trends to enhance our service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and maintain the Quality Playbook for landscaping • Create clear visual standards for field execution • Conduct property inspections and quality audits regularly • Analyze recurring quality issues with root cause identification • Coach and train field teams on execution standards

Requirements: • 3+ years in commercial landscaping or Horticulture degree • Expertise in mowing, trimming, and pest management • Solid communication and coaching skills • Ability to formulate practical training materials • Willingness to travel between properties
