Max Salary: $30.79 Location/Campus: Lake of the Woods Campus Position Summary: This position is a high volume, diverse, multi-tasking workplace, with multiple instantaneous requests serving all departments in the Regional Campus and those programs running offside. This incumbent must be aware of all College programs, courses, policies and procedures, software programs, schedules, and financial accounts. Must be able to represent the College with external and internal customers including Funding Agencies.
Education Minimum level of formal education required for the position: 1 year certificate or equivalent education Field(s) of Study: Office Business Administration or equivalent; accounting courses Experience Typical number of years of experience: Minimum of three (3) years Type of Experience:
- Demonstrated computer software skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Team player
- Strong organization, listening skills, and multi-tasking skills
