Location: North York, ON (on-site)

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

We are seeking an experienced Accident Benefits and Tort Law Clerk to join a reputable mid-size litigation firm in North York. The firm is well established with a strong reputation in personal injury law, known for its collaborative culture, professional growth opportunities, and long-standing relationships with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Serving as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients, including answering phones and managing inquiries
- Managing lawyers’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating teleconferences, mediations, case conferences, and settlement conferences
- Drafting, sending, and responding to correspondence with lawyers, clients, experts, service providers, and the courts
- Compiling, serving, and filing motion records, mediation materials, affidavits of documents, trial records, and other court materials
- Preparing and filing materials with the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT)
- Preparing accounts, invoices,



and expense reports; processing payments and deposits; and communicating with clients regarding billing matters
- Maintaining organized electronic files, including scanning, uploading, and properly naming documents in Primafact.
- Performing other administrative duties related to the practice as required

Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling tort and accident advantages files
