Account Manager / Project Manager – Live Events

ACS Productions Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to join our live-events team.

If you know the AV and live-event production industry and can take a project from client inquiry and quotation through planning, execution, and final billing, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Manage clients and live-event projects from start to finish.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, equipment lists, and budgets.
- Coordinate audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, labour, and trucking.
- Conduct site visits and develop production plans.
- Work closely with Operations and Warehouse on equipment and logistics.
- Coordinate suppliers, cross-rentals, crews, and transportation.
- Manage schedules, labour hours, costs, and project changes.
- Attend and manage events onsite when required.
- Complete post-show billing and project closeout.





What We're Looking For

- 3–5+ years of live-event or AV production experience.
- Project Management, Account Management, Production Management, or Technical Producer experience.
- Robust knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging, and rigging.
- Experience with event quoting, budgeting, labour, and logistics.
- Strong client communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
- Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
