- 3+ years of experience - administer an Account Technical Quiz
- CPA designation or pursuing it
- NetSuite experience - any ERP system would be comparable
- Advanced Excel
- Expense - using Concur, but this role wouldn't really touch on this
- Robust time management skills and flexibility
- Will work on AP/Month End, fixed assets, journal entries, sales tax work
- HST/GST filings would be a big asset
- Processing sales orders, customer invoicing
Personality:
- Knowing to deal with the ebs and flows of a sales team
- Proactive, speak up, ask questions, raise concerns, not to be scared
- Process improvements - has to be okay with change
- Working and dealing with the owners, directors and VPs
