This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading accounting software and systems, including QuickBooks, Caseware and Taxprep CCH . As an integral part of our team, you'll handle a variety of accounting functions that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and others.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across various ledgers and financial statements.
- Process payroll using systems like Quick Books while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support budgeting processes by providing detailed financial data and analysis to aid in planning efforts.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation for audit readiness.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Caseware CCH similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis accurately.
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems like QuickBooks highly desirable.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles combined with excellent data entry skills.
- Background in financial services or related fields is a plus.
- Strong math skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting.
