We are seeking a Full time, Permanent detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support various accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and assisting with financial reporting. Job Position: Accounting Assistant Pay: CA$24.00-CA$26.00 per hour

Hours : 32-40 per week

Overtime pay available after 40 hours per week

Work Location - In person. No work from home available

Responsibilities: -Compile budget information based on projected income, expenses

-Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections

-Reconcile accounts regularly, determine material costs and verify accuracy.

-Conduct account analysis to monitor financial transactions and report irregularities.





-Assist with budgeting tasks and financial reporting to aid management decision-making. -Address customer inquiries and maintain positive relationship

Skills and Requirements

-Previous Administration Work Experience an asset

-Must possess Bachelor Degree in Business -Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

-Ability to perform account analysis and assist with budgeting activities.

-Basic understanding of financial services industry standards and practices.

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This position provides valuable experience in accounting operations within a professional setting while supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Willing to train the right candidate
