About the Role

We are looking for a hands on, self motivated Accounting Associate to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks experience, solid accounting fundamentals, and a willingness to take ownership of their work.

You will be part of a fast growing organization where processes and systems continue to evolve. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day to day accounting activities using QuickBooks
- Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions
- Prepare bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month end and year end accounting activities
- Work with various departments to resolve accounting related questions and issues
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems
- Take on additional responsibilities as the organization grows

Qualifications and Skills

- Hands on experience with QuickBooks,



particularly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, debits, credits, and journal entries
- General understanding of financial statements
- Accounting diploma, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and follow up

What We Offer

- Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000
- Benefits package
- 5 paid sick days
