The main purpose of PERI’s Accounts Payable Clerk (APC) position is to support the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, including invoice validation, coding, purchase order matching, and approval follow-up prior to payment execution. In addition, it is the responsibility of the APC to work closely with vendors, Procurement, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support month‑end activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls to ensure accurate balances. Accurately code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers.

Enter invoices to SAP. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status, payment timing, and account reconciliations. Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation.

Ensure compliance with PERI’s policies and procedures related to all financial activities. Proficient in Microsoft Office application and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to utilizing current technology/software. Goal-Oriented:
