Salary Range:
- $67, 000 – $80, 000 per year
Hours of Work:
- On-Site, Monday to Friday – (7:30AM to 4:00PM)

Job Summary:
Maintain financial records,
analyze financial data and support cash flow management and tax filing.
Job Overview:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into financial performance
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, inventory, and variance analysis
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with busienss objectives
- Perform detailed actual versus budget, forecast, and prior-period variance analysis, identifying key drivers’ and trends
- Partner with accounting, operations, sales, and other departments to understand financial performance
- Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy by validating financial information, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring analysis is supported by reliable data
- Support daily banking activities, cash management, and cash flow reporting, maintaining accurate cash flow records and monitoring liquidity
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely processing, accurate transaction recording, and effective working capital management
- Prepare and file sales tax and other applicable tax returns,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines
- Coordinate and support annual and quarterly external audits, providing financial schedules, supporting documentation, and responses to auditor requests
- Perform additional financial analysis, reporting and special projects as assigned
- Other duties as required to support the Accounting department
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance department
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using an Accounting/Manufacturing Software system
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and team skills
- Prior audit firm experience is an added advantage
Work Environment:
- Primarily Office Environment
