SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation is hiring for a Site Administration position. This is a casual role.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Human Resources, the Site Administration, will be responsible for providing administrative support to all site departments.

The Site

Administration will also act as a support for various departments at site. Coordination of flight and camp rooms for all employees, contractors, and visitors, to align with the site’s strategic vision for flight and camp resources. Organize and coordinate freight to site with Rise Air.

Manage travel and accommodations for employees travelling beyond Saskatoon. Assign accommodations to employees, contractors and visitors staying in camp.



Manage telephone communications system; Revise and update current policies, as well as work on new policies and procedures that are aligned with the department.

Influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and work instructions. Excellent computer skills; specifically with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with ability to manipulate pivot tables, filters, and reports.

Experience with SAP is considered an asset. This position will provide casual coverage as needed and may cover full shifts on a schedule of two (2) weeks on, two (2) weeks off at our remote camp in northern Saskatchewan, working 11-hour days with possibility of unscheduled overtime required on occasion. You will be required to fly in fly out of the site on designated days from a pick-up point in either Saskatoon, Prince Albert or La Ronge.
