Applications Developer – Intermediate | Global Markets

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days/week

Team: Global Markets Resource Management

Interview: Virtual first round + potential second round with technical team

Pay Rates

- T4 - $52.59
- INC - $62.61

What You'll Do
- Build and productionize applications — Transform proof-of-concept frameworks into robust, user-facing applications and analytical tools.
- Develop dashboards & visualizations — Create dynamic dashboards providing visibility into liquidity, secured funding positions, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
- Develop financial analytics — Build analytical solutions around collateral efficiency, overborrow analysis, repo, and securities efficiency.
- Create what-if analysis tools — Develop applications that allow users to model hypothetical portfolios, assess resource constraints, and perform stress-testing scenarios.
- Support resource planning — Build planning tools connecting scenario analysis, funds transfer pricing outputs, and liquidity risk metrics to support forward-looking capital and resource decisions.
- Work with complex datasets — Ingest, analyze, and transform multi-source data into meaningful insights and practical business solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders — Work closely with traders, risk managers, quantitative professionals, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Work independently and move quickly — Manage evolving requirements,



prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Global Markets environment.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- Strong Python development skills
- Ability to build analytical or application-based solutions using Python
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills

- SQL

- Data engineering / data pipeline experience
- Cloud-based data environments
- Machine learning experience
- Financial services or banking experience
