Twin Motors Thompson is looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do

- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, the kind of Community connection that keeps people coming back.
- Make customer satisfaction and sales follow-up calls.
- Contact prospective customers and invite them to the dealership.
- Provide appointment reminders and information on recall campaigns and special-order parts, with the same reliable follow-through every time.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain solid product knowledge by participating in available training.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For





- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort working with multiple software applications and computerized records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, self-motivated approach and ability to work toward goals.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Manitoba driver's licence.
- Reception, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
- Dealership experience is an asset.
