Aesthetix Media is a marketing agency that works only with med spas and aesthetic practices across the US and Canada. We run the ads. New patients fill in a form. You turn that form into a booked appointment on the practice's calendar.

The role

Every day, new patient leads come in for our clients: someone asking about Botox, laser hair removal, fillers, a skin treatment. You call them within minutes, text them if they don't pick up, answer basic questions, and book them straight into that clinic's calendar inside our system. You work across several clients at once, each with its own calendar, offers and script. We call it the Booker role, because that is the whole job: get the patient booked.

What you will do

- Call and text current patient leads the moment they come in, inside our CRM (Aesthetix Hub)
- Work each client's pipeline separately: their calendar, their services, their offer, their script
- Follow up with leads who didn't answer, on a set call and text schedule
- Book consultations and treatments directly into the client's calendar and confirm by text
- Keep every lead updated the same day: notes, stage,



callback time, outcome
- Report daily per client: leads received, reached, booked, and no-shows

What we need

- Experience booking appointments by phone (med spa, clinic front desk, or appointment setting background all work)
- Warm, clear, confident spoken English; patients should feel looked after, not sold to
- Comfortable with high call volume and switching between clients through the day
- Available during US business hours, including some early evenings
- Organised and detail-obsessed: the wrong calendar or a missed callback costs a client a patient
- Discreet with personal information; you will follow our privacy rules for every clinic
