As Aquatics

Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the aquatic facility. You will create a safe space for community members while managing staffing, budgets, and program development. - Provide inclusive leadership to the aquatics team
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in aquatics or recreation
- Experience in staff management and program delivery
- Current National Lifeguard certification preferred
