We are currently seeking a full time Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the manager in leading the team and ensuring operational excellence.
- Building strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, acquiring broad product knowledge and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Processing web orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring that shelves are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Opening and closing the store.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Knowledge of toy product lines is an asset.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have a high level of initiative.
- Possess a valid Class G driver’s licence and have your own reliable transportation.
- Both Saturday and Sunday shifts are required.
