Quest Audio Visual is hiring a full-time Associate Account Executive responsible for managing and cultivating client relationships, and for coordinating and overseeing audio-visual projects from start to finish. Responsibilities & Duties

Deliver Exceptional Client Relationship Management

- Manage and cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and maintaining regular communication
- Resolve issues or conflicts promptly to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Successfully Execute and Oversee Projects
- Coordinate and oversee AV projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and resources
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely client updates
- Prepare tailored proposals and contracts that align with client needs and company goals

Ensure Compliance and Operational Accuracy
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and project files to support transparency and efficiency
- Ensure all legal, regulatory, and safety documents are properly filed, and monitor ongoing compliance

Support a High-Performance Culture and Continuous Improvement
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

The Candidate — Must-Haves

- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Event Management,



AV Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- PMP certification or formal project management training considered an asset
- Technical AV certifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) considered an asset
- 1+ years of progressive experience in client relationship management, account management, or project management
- Experience in AV, live events, production, or technical services strongly preferred
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
