We are seeking an Associate Director, Medical Activation Enablement and Process to transform how medical engagement is orchestrated and measured. This role involves driving the strategic vision and operational execution to connect with healthcare providers (HCPs) through personalized, data-driven omnichannel experiences.
The Associate Director will collaborate across various teams to blend personalization strategies with advanced analytics. A key part of the job is to ensure that customer segmentation, medical personas, and performance tracking frameworks are seamlessly integrated to maximize overall medical impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Activation Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of medical personalization, omnichannel engagement, and impact measurement frameworks to foster a data-first culture across medical teams.
- Create Engaging Models: Guide the design and activation of advanced customer segmentation, tailored personas, and behavioral insights to optimize customer experiences.
- Manage Data & Dashboards: Oversee the strategic roadmap for performance dashboards and reporting suites, ensuring cross-functional visibility into omnichannel activity and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze Data and Drive Improvement: Formulate measurement methodologies and performance targets to track, quantify, and report on the overall value and outcomes of medical initiatives.
- Foster Innovation: Identify and implement emerging digital methodologies, including automation and AI-driven innovations, to enhance medical activation and tracking capabilities.
- Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with functional medical leaders, technical teams, and Legal/Compliance partners to maintain a robust, risk-mitigated approach to data tracking, governance,
and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in omnichannel strategy, marketing, data analytics, measurement, or a closely related field within life sciences.
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree (Master's, MBA, PharmD, PhD, or MD) is preferred.
- Direct experience working within Medical Affairs or a closely aligned functional area preferred.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement concepts, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and reporting ecosystems.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, data-driven segmentation, and synthesizing performance metrics from both digital and traditional channels.
- Familiarity with healthcare data environments, machine learning/AI principles, and regulatory/privacy standards.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional collaborations and translating complex business goals into operational roadmaps.
This position is fully remote and functionally embedded with a single pharmaceutical customer.
The base salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $170,000. This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. Extra benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.
