Job Title: Product Designer Mobile Web
Work Location : Mississauga, Ontario

We’re looking for a Designer for our product team to design recent features for our roster of payments platform components and launch new apps in the B2B payments space Youll also be involved in crafting proof of concepts POCs and pitch decks to help us win new business and bring ideas to life for prospective clients The Product Designer will be responsible for executing projects from conception through to production The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual and UX design experience designing complex B2BFinTech platforms focused on acquiring and financial infrastructure and the ability to rapidly produce high quality work while managing overlapping projects and deadlines Must be a strong visual verbal and written communicator with excellent presentation skills The ideal candidate is a driven selfstarter with strong attention to detail while possessing the ability to also look at the big picture Must have ability to balance user experience client needs business and technical requirements while producing attractive high caliber work
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to break down problems to define user stories and requirements for diverse users merchants developers riskoperations teams
- Collaborate closely with engineers and QA to create and deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality
- Create flows wireframes and highfidelity mocks that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions ensuring a clear understanding of user journeys and the intended user experience especially for complex flows like merchant onboarding transaction lifecycle and data visualizationreporting
- Ensure consistency of design UI patterns language and branding elements across all product components mobile and web SDKs web dashboards and components APIsdeveloper portals web email communications print material
- Present design work and rationale to the design team stakeholders and clients while gathering feedback to iterate and polish your solutions
- Iterate quickly on designs based on postlaunch data and user feedback
- Craft proofofconcept designs prototypes and designdriven pitch decks that showcase our product and leave a lasting impression
- Design solutions that address complex financial regulatory and technical requirements eg payments reconciliation securitycompliance risk management
Required Skills Education
- 3 years of experience designing complex B2BSaaS platforms developer tools or financial infrastructure products
- Demonstrated experience in payments acquiring merchantfacing products or platformasaservice models
- Solid foundation in user experience best practices
- Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition hierarchy color etc
- Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in an agile workplace
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and Figma and proficiency with other standard design tools
