If you’re great at:

- Customer Service & Communication
- Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting your Commercial Insurance Specialist

If you have:

- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Team-first mentality
