Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer/PPF Installer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring vehicles are impeccably cleaned, detailed, and protected with high-quality paint protection film (PPF). The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive care, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to meet high standards of quality.
- Install paint protection film (PPF) accurately on various vehicle surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion and flawless finish.
- Prepare vehicles for PPF application by cleaning surfaces thoroughly and inspecting for imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during detailing and installation processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and address any questions or concerns with professionalism.
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during PPF installation to ensure optimal results.
- Assist with other vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to support team operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in auto detailing or vehicle cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces, cleaning techniques, and protective coatings.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure flawless results on every vehicle.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift equipment or vehicles as required during detailed work.
