ADI Hail OTTO is looking for an experienced Auto Body Parts Manager to join our Calgary operation and centrally manage parts ordering for our Saskatchewan collision repair locations in Saskatoon, Regina and Estevan.

Rather than working inside one of the collision facilities, this position operates from our Calgary location, away from the daily distractions of the body shop floor. Your focus is simple: review the repair information, identify what is required, source and order the right parts, and keep our Saskatchewan teams informed.

With strong processes, detailed vehicle documentation and today's estimating, imaging and communication technology, we believe an experienced parts qualified can effectively support multiple collision facilities from one centralized location.

Who We Are

ADI Hail OTTO is a technology-driven automotive hail repair provider based in Saskatchewan and Calgary, operating under the same ownership group as multiple CARSTAR collision repair facilities throughout Saskatchewan.

With established collision operations in Saskatoon and Estevan, expansion into Regina, and growing relationships within the insurance and automotive industries, we are continuing to develop new ways of improving efficiency across our operations.

Our centralized Calgary support model is one of those initiatives.

This isn't simply a parts position we're trying to fill. We're looking for someone who wants to help us build, refine and grow the model as we expand.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Managing collision parts ordering for multiple Saskatchewan repair facilities
- Reviewing repair estimates,



vehicle photos and supporting documentation to identify required replacement parts
- Working closely with in office estimators and production teams to ensure parts requirements are accurate before ordering
- Sourcing OEM, aftermarket, recycled and alternative parts based on repair requirements and applicable insurance guidelines
- Understanding and adapting to insurer-specific parts procurement requirements
- Identifying opportunities for appropriate alternative parts usage and cost savings
- Verifying part numbers, pricing, availability and expected delivery timelines
- Managing backorders, unavailable parts and sourcing alternatives when required
- Communicating parts delays, availability concerns and other issues proactively with the applicable repair facility
- Reviewing supplements and estimate changes that impact previously ordered parts
- Maintaining accurate documentation within our estimating, management and parts procurement systems
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers throughout Saskatchewan
- Monitoring outstanding parts orders and following up before delays impact production
- Assisting with parts returns, credits and invoice discrepancies alongside the on-site teams
- Developing solid working relationships with estimators, production staff and management at each Saskatchewan location
- Helping develop and improve the processes required to make centralized parts management successful across multiple facilities

What We're Looking For This is not an entry-level collision industry position.

The successful candidate needs to understand collision repair parts well enough to make confident decisions without physically standing beside the vehicle every day.

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong previous experience in collision repair parts management, parts coordination or a similar role




- A robust understanding of the collision estimating and repair process
- Experience reading collision repair estimates and identifying replacement-part requirements
- Knowledge of OEM, aftermarket and recycled parts sourcing
- Experience working with insurance-driven collision repair processes
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple software platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage parts requirements across multiple active repair files
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision
- A process-driven mindset and willingness to help improve systems as the position develops

Experience with collision management, estimating and procurement platforms is considered a strong asset. Why This Position Is Different

Most experienced parts professionals know that managing parts inside a busy collision facility can mean constant interruptions.

A technician needs something. A customer has a question. A vendor walks through the door. Production needs help. Someone can't find a part. The phone rings. Then, somewhere in between, you're supposed to actually manage the parts department.

This role removes much of that noise.

You'll work from our Calgary operation while supporting our Saskatchewan facilities through digital estimating, vehicle photos, management systems, phone and Microsoft Teams communication.

Your primary responsibility is to be exceptionally good at parts management.

You'll also have the opportunity to help shape a centralized operating model that we believe has significant potential as our organization continues to grow.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
