Sales & Finance Consultant – Hybrid Role

Autorama is looking for an experienced Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team.

This is a hybrid automotive sales and finance position for someone who can confidently manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle selection, financing and final delivery.

We are looking for a robust salesperson who understands both the sales floor and F&I; process and is comfortable taking ownership of their deals from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience
- Valid OMVIC registration required
- Automotive finance/F&I; experience is a strong asset
- Understanding of automotive financing, lender submissions and credit applications
- Strong closing, negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience working with automotive CRM and dealership systems
- Strong phone, internet lead and follow-up skills
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Self-motivated, organized and performance-driven

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming internet, phone and walk-in customers
- Qualify customers and identify their vehicle and financing needs
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives




- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Complete credit applications and structure finance deals
- Submit applications to lenders and work through approvals
- Present financing options and protection products
- Coordinate documentation and vehicle delivery
- Maintain consistent CRM follow-up with prospects and previous customers
- Build repeat and referral business
- Maintain a professional and transparent customer experience from lead to delivery
