Service Advisor Full Time

OK Tire South Albert in Regina is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service and a good understanding of vehicles, repairs, tires, and maintenance. Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, parts person, or automotive salesperson is a strong asset.

Duties

- Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs
- Scheduling appointments and preparing work orders
- Providing estimates and explaining recommended repairs
- Communicating between customers and technicians
- Keeping customers updated on repair progress
- Recommending appropriate services, tires, and products
- Processing invoices, payments, phone calls, and paperwork
- Helping organize the shops daily workflow

Qualifications

- Sales or customer-service experience




- Good automotive knowledge
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Honest, dependable, professional, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and automotive software
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence preferred
