Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Department.

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Service Advisors, technicians, and customers to help ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers and will help create a welcoming, skilled experience from the moment they arrive.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a fast-paced workplace, and has robust attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Answering calls and returning missed calls promptly and courteously.
- Attend and complete training courses directed by management.
- Taking payments from customers, issuing receipts, and closing work orders.
- Submit warranty claims and create cases as per manufacture policy and guidelines.
- Maintain service appointment system and assist the service department by performing clerical or secretarial tasks.

What we value:

- Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CDK System an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.




- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality.
- Extremely dependable and punctual.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and our guests.
- Data entry skills.
