THE COMPANY:

We are proud to announce that we are expanding our Fleet. As a family owned and operated Waste Management business servicing Norfolk and the surrounding areas for more than 60 years, Norfolk Disposal Services Limited is offering a contracted driving chance for the experienced driver!

THE POSITION:

This is a contracted position for the period of September 14 - November 1, 2026. While not guaranteed, there is the potential for an extended contract based on business and operational needs.

As an experienced AZ Tractor Trailer driver, you will be responsible for transporting waste and other recycling materials from transfer sites to landfills and other locations within the Norfolk and surrounding areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated AZ driving experience

· Must have a clean driver and CVOR abstract

· Must provide driver experience letter confirming 3 years consecutive AZ driving experience

· Must be able to complete a proper pre-trip inspection of the vehicle each operating day

· Must be able to manually tarp and secure loads safely and correctly

· Must have stamina and abilities to repetitively step in and out of truck

· Must be able to operate in a safe, courteous, professional manner following applicable laws and company policies and procedures

· Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment under minimal direct supervision

· Must be available to work day shifts,



Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday and/or Statutory Holiday.

Pay: $27.50 per hour
