Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately

- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met





- Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed

- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality in all products served

Requirements

- Prior experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus

- Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude

- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy

- Experience in food preparation, serving, and food safety practices

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour
