Your role will focus on compliance with health and safety legislation while promoting a proactive safety culture on-site. Working closely with field teams, you will identify and mitigate safety risks, conduct inspections, and manage incident investigations. Your expertise will play a significant role in enhancing our Health and Safety Management System and maintaining COR certification in a rapid-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on identifying and assessing safety risks
- Perform regular site inspections with compliance checks
- Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
- Plan high-risk work activities ensuring safety compliance
- Educate workers through health and safety training sessions Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction or related Health & Safety studies
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction
- Valid driver's license with vehicle access required
- Knowledge of Ontario and Québec health regulations
- Experience with SafetyCulture (iAuditor) is advantageous Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance at Beaudoin Construction through your on-site presence and training.
