Role Description The Beauty Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Vaughan, ON. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Beauty Boutique, including managing staff schedules, coaching team members, and ensuring an engaging customer experience. The manager leads by example in delivering knowledgeable, personalized service, promoting beauty products, and maintaining high merchandising and visual standards.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers,



supporting training and development of the beauty team, and collaborating with store leadership to drive business results.

Qualifications

- Strong product knowledge in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and stay current with trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, collaborate with colleagues, and provide clear direction to the team.
- Proven customer service experience in a retail or boutique environment, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive, and solution-oriented experiences.
- Team management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, delegation, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar boutique setting is an asset, along with basic knowledge of retail operations and sales KPIs.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by retail operations.
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in beauty, cosmetics, or retail management is considered an advantage.
