Nutrien seeks a Perks Analyst to deliver world-class benefits to US and Canada employees. Reporting to the Benefits Administration Manager, you will manage day-to-day benefit processes and respond to employee inquiries with accurate guidance.

The role requires 5+ years of benefits experience, strong data integrity and collaboration with HR, Payroll, and vendors. A BA/HR degree is preferred, with SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge; CEBS is a plus. This position may involve audits and policy updates.
