With a schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, you will handle real-time communications and manage dispatch operations. We need a proactive professional skilled in transportation logistics who can adapt quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone
- Monitor operational emails and respond in real-time
- Manage dispatch operations and assignment changes
- Coordinate cross-border shipments with ACE/ACI knowledge
- Create and manage cross-border documentation Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in dispatch or transport operations
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Proficient with dispatch systems and TMS software
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
