BasePay:
$60,000 - $70,000 with 10% retention bonus Partnerwith sales managers to develop and maintain positive employee relations,and an engaged workforce and to implement current and innovative HR solutions Providehuman resource advice and consultation to retail employees and managementon all HR-related matters Ensurecompliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating toemployment standards, human rights, privacy legislation, and employmentequity DeliverHR training and sharing of best practices Workclosely with the Director, Human Resources on research, development, andmanagement of the performance review process Identifyand implement process improvement opportunities
