As a key member of the Inside Sales team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting the full sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
What you will be doing?
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email - Prepare and deliver quotations, pricing,
and product information - Follow up on quotes and gather customer feedback - Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately within the ERP/CRM system - Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely product shipments - Collaborate with global supply chain and international teams to support customer requirements - Maintain accurate customer and order records - Support lead generation and business development initiatives - Build and maintain robust customer relationships through exceptional service - Assist with purchasing and inventory-related activities as required Must haves:
