- You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking
- You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field
- You can set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach
- You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high‑risk situations
