About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage financial records, perform account reconciliations, and support our accounting processes using leading software tools. Your expertise will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books




- Reconcile accounts

Experience
- 2-3 Years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in an accounting support role
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks is required
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple financial tasks
- Ability to analyze accounts and prepare reports for management review

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
