From deep recovery to performance-driven flows, the program spans Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and more, delivered across both heated and unheated environments. Deliver thoughtful, well-sequenced classes across your certified yoga format or formats.

Every class is planned with explicit intention, appropriate pacing, and real coaching throughout. Your classes are accessible to a first-timer and meaningful to a long-term practitioner. Build a community.

You greet participants by name, stay present before and after class, and make the studio feel like a place people genuinely want to be. Your music is set. You are on the floor early, and the pre and post class sequence is delivered to standard every time.





Someone who understands that yoga is not just physical.
