Description Bricklayer (NOC 72320) Job Details - Salary: $38.50 hourly / 30-40 hours per week - Terms: Permanent full time employment - Start: As soon as possible Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Work Setting - Construction - Relocation costs covered by employer - Willing to relocate Responsibilities - Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units - Estimate materials,
tools and equipment required for projects - Construct and install prefabricated masonry units - Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools - Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces - Lay radial bricks to build masonry shells of industrial chimneys - Line or reline furnaces, kilns, boilers and similar installations using refractory or acid-resistant bricks, refractory concretes, plastic refractories and other materials Work Conditions - Physically demanding - Handling heavy loads - Standing for extended periods Personal Suitability - Client focus - Efficient interpersonal skills - Reliability - Team player Eligibility - You are a Canadian citizen, a permanent or temporary resident of Canada.
