- Diagnose and repair minor issues in heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing,



and electrical systems; coordinate trades for major repairs.
- Arrange and oversee contractors for specialized maintenance or renovation work.
- Inspect and repair hotel appliances and equipment to prevent service interruptions.
- Carry out routine maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, and general facility upkeep.
- Move and set up heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access.
- Supervise and support other maintenance staff when required.
