Client is embarking on an exciting initiative to transform Capital Markets to the world class Digital institution. Our goal is to electronify all forms of interactions, starting with the Front Office.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT BA/PM to help Capital Markets technology with digital projects, moving away from sound-bytes to clear measurement.

The role will focus on driving and delivering digital projects through to completion. This will include helping to define and design system requirements, driving technical architecture, and delivery of technical projects.

The candidate will need to build an understanding of the projects cross dependencies to help highlight risks and drive resolutions to any issues that prevent successful completion. They will also partner with Asset Class IT project managers, dev leads and leadership on a day-to-day basis to help ensure successful delivery of project information through adherence to processes and tools, identification/management of risks and issues, participation in key meetings, informing of stakeholders, and on-time completion of milestones and deliverables to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and drive key project deliverables across Capital Markets

- Manage cross stream dependencies by aligning requirements and sprints.

- Actively identify and manage risks and issues, working with disparate teams to create mitigation plans and follow-through to resolution.

- Provide support across the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, user test, coordination,



release and pre/post implementation support)

- Achieve balance of project status tracking/reporting with minimal overhead to development teams.

- Conduct demos to prospective users, developers or stakeholders.

- Take initiative to engage teams that deliverables have dependencies on.

- User feedback management

- Documents requirements that span across multiple teams and asset classes.

- Produce detailed use cases to shape the product's future.

- Establish priorities with business stakeholders and development managers

- Continually communicate with stakeholders status of deliverables and potential risks to completion of the project.

Knowledge/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years in relevant experience

- Must have strong IT background

- BA experience is highly desirable

- Atlassian Tools Jira, Confluence

- Agile Methodologies

- Strong Detailed oriented skills

- Microsoft business suite of tools

- Strong communication and presentations skills

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

- Proven execution skills with a complex environment

- Experience Financial services or Front Office is a solid plus.

- Ability to multitask on competing priorities
