We are hiring for a Business Analyst and PCO . The role focuses on supporting large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects through business analysis, project coordination, governance, and reporting.

A robust fit will have 5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

What You Bring

- 5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, or business projects.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Jira and Agile project tracking.
- Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project governance.
- Experience with project reporting, RAID management,



and portfolio reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

- Support large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and project reports.
- Track project progress using Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, and Agile tracking practices.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and project plans.
- Support project governance and portfolio reporting activities.
- Manage RAID items and provide visibility into project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project updates and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project activities and deliverables remain aligned.
