Title: Business Analyst – Banking Domain

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and banking transformation initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and support UAT activities. Experience with core banking platforms such as Temenos (T24), Infosys Finacle, Finastra (Loan IQ/Fusion Banking), FIS, Fiserv DNA, Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS, Backbase, or Mambu is highly preferred.





Key responsibilities include supporting projects related to retail banking, commercial banking, lending, payments, digital banking, AML/KYC, customer onboarding, regulatory reporting, and risk management. The candidate should have experience working with payment systems including SWIFT, ACH, FedWire, ISO 20022, and integrating banking platforms through APIs and digital channels.

Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills are required, along with experience conducting GAP analysis, creating RTMs, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver banking technology and transformation programs successfully.
