Title: Business Analyst

Location: Brampton, Ontario - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Duration: 12 Months

Salary Range: C$53 INC

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP to join our team. This role involves partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to gather and analyze business requirements, and to translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, including at least 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations or enhancements.
- Proven experience working on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, SCM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement Contracts.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes, configurations, and reporting capabilities.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead requirement discovery sessions and workshops.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Develop and execute test strategies including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
