Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Corporate Commercial Banking
- Proficiency in functional requirements gathering
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with IT SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data analysis (including SQL and data profiling)
- Quality assurance experience with user interfaces, web applications, and database testing (SQL experience)
- Experience in building test execution plans and automation is an added advantage
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira
- Additional certifications or training in related fields
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes
- Support the testing and implementation of business solutions
