Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have:

- Analyze document and report production;
- Ensure analysis and follow-up of activities;
- Act as a project manager by maintaining the product backlog and guiding the priorities of the production team;
- Support the development team in achieving its sprint goals by acting as a facilitator;
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria;
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and different levels of management;
- Present technical solutions for process improvement;
- Participate in the planning, design and execution of tests;
- Estimate and plan the effort required to complete projects.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

- Hold an undergraduate degree in management, computer science or a related field;




- Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience as an information technology business analyst or functional analyst;
- Master agile delivery methods;
- Perform process mapping in a meaningful way;
- Demonstrate excellent synthesis and writing skills;
- PMI, PBA or IIBA (BABOK) certification (an asset);
- Have a Secure certification (an asset);
- Apply the SAFe framework in a project context (an asset);
- Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 solutions (an asset);
- Knowledge of SharePoint (an asset);
- Proficiency in SAP, especially the FI/C module (an asset);
- Experience in the transportation industry (an asset);
- Demonstrate passion and intellectual curiosity.
