The position works closely with Guest Services, ReBird, Digital Marketing, and development squads to advance high-impact initiatives and technology roadmap priorities.

Contract, Vancouver preferred open to Toronto or remote, Hybrid, Working Hours: PST Must Haves - 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting Agile projects in e-commerce, retail, and omni-channel environments - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in Admin and/or Salesforce Implementation Analyst capacities - Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence,
