About the role:

Accure Security, a growing Ontario security company, is seeking 2 Business Development co-op students for a college placement (part of your program's co-op requirement).



This is an unpaid co-op position — with the opportunity to earn commission for every qualified lead you bring in that converts to business. You'll get hands-on experience in sales and business development — prospecting current clients, supporting proposals and quotes, attending client meetings, managing leads in our CRM, and assisting with marketing and outreach.

What you'll do

- Research and prospect potential clients
- Support proposals, quotes, and follow-ups
- Attend client meetings and site visits with the team
- Maintain leads and activity in the CRM
- Help with marketing and outreach

What we're looking for:
- Enrolled in a 2–3 year Business, Marketing, or Sales program at an Ontario recognized College, with co-op as a graduation requirement
- Own vehicle to travel to meetings and site visits across the GTA
- Strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn
